The location is ideal with direct access to the spa via a tunnel. I enjoyed the complimentary drink upon arrival, and the helpful staff. The food was delicious and varied with perfectly cooked meats and sides. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the parking was conveniently located.

Our family of four had a great time at this hotel. the location was perfect , right in the city center, close to all the attractions. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options to choose from. We enjoyed using the spa with our kids, and the private tunnel was a great convenience. we had a wonderful family vacation.

The Wi, Fi could have been better , the connection was poor in our room.

Secondly, the staff were fantastic. They were extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch. Thirdly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was situated in a city center, which was convenient for exploring the area and accessing nearby attractions. Finally, I have to mention the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from.

All in all, I didn't have any major issues with this hotel.

The hotel's location was also ideal, situated right in the heart of the city center, allowing me easy access to all the attractions and amenities that the area had to offer. One standout aspect was definitely the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I loved starting my day with a hearty meal before venturing out to discover the wonders of the city.

I had a very good stay at this hotel for a few days. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, although they could have been cleaned better. One thing I liked was the attention to detail - they had benches in the underground corridor to rest after walking to the pools. The breakfast had a good variety and the food was tasty.

All in all, everything was okay.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the thermal baths. We enjoyed the fact that we were provided with a bathrobe and the meals were tasty with a good selection.

The rooms could use some updating, particularly the carpets. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was spotty and the beds were too soft for our liking.

The spa facilities were amazing, with access via an underground tunnel making it easy to use even in the winter. the included food was quite good, with a variety of meats and side dishes to choose from. the location was especially nice for a romantic escape, with plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring.

Some parts of the hotel seemed outdated and could benefit from modernization. the room, although spacious, was not very well cleaned and lacked amenities such as a kettle for making tea.
